Go Dodgers!!!

I didnt think to take pictures of the carving and making of the hat itself, so next time I will definitly do that for you!! But just putting together all the pieces of a cake like this is a project in itself!! I think I reset everything like 20 times to see where things looked best and then glued everthing down with white chocolate and piping gel!! I will post another carved cake soon with the whole process!!

I love that we can take something as seemingly simple as cake and icing and turn it into happy little LolliPops!!

I remember loving the tootsie roll pops as a kid, and these are a little bigger in size, but the same idea of biting into one layer and getting a surprise inside!!

We have started with our three most common flavor pairings and will build our list from there. ......................
